Hello Frallc,

Follow these instructions to update your database connection to our new dedicated DB server:

Click here for the newest version of the database. (currently v2.1.3)

1. Click Run

2. Click Unzip

3. Click OK

4. Click close

5. Verify version

Please be sure to update your Database to version 2.1.3

1. Go to the START menu click Run. Type CLICONFG and click OK.



2. Next Click the Alias tab located at the top

1. Click the current listed Server alias and Click Edit.
2. Under Network libraries click the TCP/IP radio button. and enter 216.54.211.222 into the Server alias box. Make sure the dialog looks like the following.



3. Click OK.
4. Click OK. This should bring you back to your desktop.
5. Double-click your usual FRA Contact DB startup icon and test your connection.
