Schedule A Normally, all services are performed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays). Cooper Technologies, Inc. will also be available for "emergencies" and other additional services outside of these hours. The fees for these services are as follows: |

Note: For all emergencies requiring a response time of less than four
hours during normal business hours, a $50.00 expedite fee will be
added.
All service calls will be billed a minimum of one hour. If the service
call takes longer than one hour, the billing is rounded up to the
nearest fifteen-minute increment.
Travel time will be billed one-way for all calls outside of the Santa
Cruz area. Payment for all service calls is due at the time the service
call is complete, unless some prior arrangement has been made.
